Mindrift is seeking actively practicing, US-licensed physicians living outside the US to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project. You will review vignettes, score diagnostic and treatment reasoning, and write concise rationales. Adaptable, project-based engagement with no patient contact.

Tasks are around 10-20 hours per week during active phases. Onboarding reward of $50 is provided after first production task is approved, with higher rates for QA and adjudication
