HoopStars is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce growth and profitability across HoopStars and its parent company’s brands. The role blends running HoopStars operations with building a high-impact marketing function for multiple brands, with remote LATAM work and Toronto hours. Equity is available on agreed terms.

You will own budgets, campaigns, funnels, pricing and retention, and recruit and lead marketers, creatives and agencies to deliver measurable growth.
