HoopStars is seeking a hands-on General Manager focused on marketing, ecommerce growth, and profitability. You will run HoopStars and help build the parent Community Sports Partners' marketing team across brands, with a strong emphasis on digital performance and customer lifecycle.

This full-time role is remote from LATAM, aligned to Toronto working hours, with potential future relocation. You’ll own budgets, forecast growth, and lead a cross-brand marketing function to drive paid acquisition,
