Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of integral HR processes, including standards, governance, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to drive scalable, compliant HR processes across LATAM and beyond.
The role reports to the Director, Process & Policy Excellence and is remote within LATAM, with opportunities to influence compensation, performance, and benefits cycles
