Deel is hiring a design professional to own complex, multi-step workflows for our property-inspection platform. You will map workflows from field capture through sync, review, and reporting, collaborating with a second designer who focuses on visuals.
This role emphasizes process and flow, not visual polish, reporting to the Head of Engineering. You will prototype in Figma, conduct quick usability checks, and hand annotated specs to engineering to ensure correct builds on first pass.
