This role will be the third specialist, collaborating with the CEO and leaders to recruit internationally with a tech focus and shape recruitment as the team grows beyond 100 employees.

Location: Europe, Remote. Requirements include 3+ years in recruitment (2+ in tech), startup/scale-up experience, general sourcing from major tech hubs, and fluent English.
