dLocal is seeking a Staff Engineer in AI R&D; to set the technical direction for agentic and LLM-based systems and raise the engineering bar across teams. You will lead critical initiatives, shape architecture and guide production-ready solutions in collaboration with business and engineering peers.

You will contribute across AI-native delivery, automation, platform foundations and governance while mentoring engineers and sharing knowledge through playbooks and templates.
