Veralto.com is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of integral HR processes. The role collaborates with Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional teams to optimize, govern, and scale HR processes across LATAM and beyond in a remote-friendly environment.

Reporting to the Director, Process & Policy Excellence, you will own lifecycle execution for core HR processes, drive governance, and enable automation and data quality improvements in Workday and related HR systems.
