Assurant is seeking aTechnical Support Associate in Argentina to provide first-level IT support across the organization. You will help maintain IT infrastructure, telephony, network, hardware, software, and user access services, while supporting ITSM processes and ITIL-aligned improvements.

You will engage with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents, manage requests, and ensure SLAs are met. Strong English and Spanish communication is required for effective end-user support.
