Smartrecruiters, Inc. is looking for a Data Migration Lead to coordinate end-to-end migration activities for a large-scale ERP transition in a 100% remote role.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and report progress to senior stakeholders in UTC working hours. The role requires proven data migration leadership, strong methodology knowledge (ETL, cleansing, validation), experience with S/4HANA or similar migrations, and fluent English for interviews
