Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work, governance, and adoption. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and legal teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance across regions.

This remote LATAM role offers opportunities to drive improvements and partner with integral HR teams. The role reports to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence and requires strong English fluency, 7+ years in HR
