Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. This role drives the commercial strategy, leads the full sales cycle, and engages with top operators to deliver value through technical and commercial excellence.

You will coordinate with operations, engineering and product teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction while pursuing cross-sell and upsell opportunities across drilling tools and services.
