Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin to drive growth through strong client engagement, technical insight, and disciplined commercial execution.

You will manage the full sales cycle, engage with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol and others, coordinate with operations and engineering, and ensure service excellence while expanding cross-sell opportunities and tender support across the portfolio.
