Atomic Hr is seeking a Creative Strategist (Paid Ads) for a fast-growing US/Canada remote team. Lead creative testing, craft data-backed hypotheses, and guide 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels to scale winners.

You’ll work with creators, editors, designers, and account managers, translating performance insights into sharp creative directions and briefs that drive measurable results.
