Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a housing community under regional supervision. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk, ensuring policy compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role demands on-site leadership, budgeting, and coordination with HR and management. A High School Diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent housing experience; CAM/ARM is a plus.
