Yo Ai Labs is seeking an L3 Technical Support Engineer in Argentina to provide escalation-level assistance for enterprise MFT solutions. You will build new workflows, update and repair critical data transfers, and support client infrastructure across POS stores and cloud components.

You will diagnose and troubleshoot complex software/hardware issues, adapt to client processes, and escalate to software teams when needed.
