NeoWork is seeking an experienced Client Development Manager to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This fully remote role welcomes applicants from Latin America and aims to close engagements ranging from small projects to long-term retainers.

In the ramp period, you will learn the agency’s positioning and messaging, then lead larger retainers and annual agreements with a goal of $15K-$20K+ per month. Idóneo candidates will have a hunter mindset and a proven, stable sales tenure.
