Virtustant is seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant & Insurance Operations Coordinator to support the Regional Sales Coordinator and leadership from a remote Argentina-based role. You will manage daily operations, calendars, and incoming inquiries to ensure consistent service across accounts.

You'll handle scheduling, follow-ups with sales agents, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and reports. Advanced English, strong organization, and the ability to work Arizona hours are essential.
