Interlaced is seeking an L3 Technical Support Engineer to provide technical-level assistance to our vendors for enterprise-grade MFT solutions. You will build new workflows, update existing ones, and support critical data transfers with tight SLAs.

You will diagnose and troubleshoot issues, connect to POS stores, pull and upload logs, and escalate when necessary. Strong Shell/Perl scripting, Linux/AIX familiarity, and excellent English communication are required.
