Assurant is seeking an IT Support Associate to deliver first-level technical support and ensure effective IT service delivery across the organization. You will handle incidents, requests, and SLA compliance while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires two+ years in a technical support or help desk, familiarity with Microsoft 365, AD/Okta, DNS/DHCP, and ITSM processes, and strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
