We’re hiring: Senior Yield Manager – Programmatic CTV | Nuba At Nuba, we monetize CTV and streaming inventory across LATAM and the US, and we’re adding a Senior Yield Manager to our programmatic team. We’re looking for someone who loves living in the data, spotting where revenue is being left on the table, and turning insights into pricing and optimization decisions. What you’ll do ? Manage and optimize yield in SpringServe: supply tags, demand tags, priorities, floors and traffic rules ? Run and optimize Google Ad Manager: line items, pricing rules, Ad Exchange, Open Bidding and MCM ? Analyze fill rate, eCPM, timeouts and bid loss to drive pricing and demand-mix adjustments ? Work with SSP/DSP partners on integrations, troubleshooting and supply path optimization ? Deliver reporting and actionable recommendations to the sales and AdOps teams What we’re looking for ✅ 5+ years in yield,



programmatic or sell-side AdOps ✅ Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager and SpringServe (must-have) ✅ Solid understanding of VAST, OpenRTB, header bidding, schain, sellers.json and app-ads.txt ✅ Strong analytical

skills:
advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL or Looker is a plus ✅ CTV/OTT experience and/or LATAM inventory knowledge is a big plus ✅ Fluent English; Spanish is a strong plus
