If you believe you could be a good fit, keep reading Your role and impact As a Recruitment Coordinator – Business Professionals, you will work closely with Recruitment Managers, Recruitment Specialists – Business Professionals, and Regional Directors of Recruitment to deliver first-class sourcing, talent pipelining, candidate engagement, and interview scheduling. You will support the delivery of a hands-on, direct sourcing strategy to attract and hire qualified talent and execute full-life cycle recruitment for selected positions.

Key responsibilities
• Partner with Recruitment Managers and Specialists to execute Business Professional sourcing activities and support recruitment efforts focused on attracting and hiring qualified talent.
• Work across geographies, industries, and levels to explore talent networks, develop creative sourcing solutions,



and contribute to projects that evolve our direct sourcing strategy.
• Develop, execute, and monitor online candidate search campaigns using a variety of search engines and sourcing channels, helping produce quality candidates while reducing dependency on agencies.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates while creating an exceptional and engaging candidate experience.
• Identify key institutions, career fairs, and creative sourcing opportunities to strengthen our employee brand and talent network.
• Post vacancies, schedule candidate interviews, and support consistent application, assessment, interview, and hiring processes.
• Execute full-life cycle recruitment for targeted Business Professional roles as assigned.
• Track sourcing metrics and maintain accurate candidate and application information in Avature.
• Ensure recruitment sourcing activities support the Firm's brand and contribute to a world-class candidate experience throughout the selection process. What will help you succeed
• Experience in international recruiting, including developing, executing, and monitoring online candidate search campaigns.
• Relevant experience supporting recruitment processes and delivering operational excellence in a complex global organization, preferably within professional services.




• Extensive experience supporting Professional and Business Services recruitment, including areas such as Finance, Operations, Human Resources, IT, Business Development, Marketing, and Communications.
• Experience working with and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong research and sourcing capabilities, including expert use of Boolean search methodology and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and influencing skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work with minimal direction, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a globally dispersed team.
