You will own end-to-end work flows from field capture to reporting, focusing on process and logic over visual polish, and collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate builds. You’ll prototype in Figma, validate flows with quick usability runs, and document states, branches, and edge cases for implementation. A strong emphasis on accessibility and AI-assisted design will be valued.
