The successful candidate will help design and implement scalable data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions.Responsibilities:Design and implement data pipelines across Bronze, Silver,



and Gold layersDevelop and maintain ingestion processes from multiple internal and external data sourcesCreate scalable ETL/ELT workflows using AWS-native technologiesDevelop and manage AWS Glue Jobs and data transformation processesConfigure and maintain S3-based data lakesImplement data quality, monitoring, and governance controls Collaborate with Data Analysts and business stakeholders to meet reporting and analytics requirements Optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of data solutionsWorkplace: Remote based role in LATAM, preferably in ArgentinaMust Have Skills:5 years of experience Leading DE teamsStrong knowledge of Medallion Architecture and modern data lake practicesHands-on experience with AWS servicesExperience working with Amazon S3 Experience creating and managing AWS Glue Jobs Understanding of IAM roles, security policies, and access managementExperience ingesting data from diverse structured and unstructured sources Strong SQL and data modeling skillsPreferred Skills: Experience with Lake Formation, Athena, Redshift, or EMR Knowledge of data governance and metadata management Experience working in Agile delivery environmentsProfessional Skills: Excellent Acvanced English communication skills (written and oral) Strong team and individual player Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues Bridgenext is an Equal Opportunity Employer
