Position Description
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator Engineer with strong development and integration skills to administer, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and a proven track record delivering custom solutions and integrations that extend the platform's capabilities.
Workplace: This is a remote opportunity open to candidates residing in Argentina or Colombia only
Core Technologies: Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components).
Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP).
Integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, security settings, and data integrity
Configure and customize applications, objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components




Create and maintain custom objects, triggers, classes, and integrations
Plan, design, and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, marketing automation, and third-party applications
Use Salesforce APIs and middleware tools to enable data exchange and process automation
Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot platform and integration issues
Provide user support, training, and documentation
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to system performance and user experience
Must Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent IT experience
5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including 3+ years in development and integrations
Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions and integrations
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I & II)
Advanced certifications such as Salesforce Architect or CPQ Specialist
Experience with Lightning Experience and the Salesforce Mobile App
Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, or similar languages and frameworks
Background in cloud computing, including systems design, implementation, and management
Professional Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
