This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in analytical work, and is motivated by bringing simplicity from complexity.They will work closely with project managers, workstream leads and across operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update resource allocation plans across teams and workstreamsAccurately track utilization,



capacity, and upcoming resource needsSupport scheduling decisions by surfacing constraints, risks, and alternative optionsLiaise with workstream leads to confirm assignments and resolve conflictsAssist with creating and maintaining project budgets and forecastsReconcile planned vs. actuals; flag variances and work with teams to understand corrective actionPrepare draft PowerPoint files for EY Executive Management (Vice-Chairs, SL/SSL Leaders, etc.)Numeric analysis using Excel/PivotProduce simple, digestible summaries from large datasetsAsk clarifying questions whenever requirements or data are unclearSupport documentation of processes and maintain clear guidance for othersAccept project-based work, of their choosing, when not engaged with work items which are core to this roleSkills & Qualities NeededMust-Have5-8+ years of relevant professional experience in analytical, PMO, resource management, operations, or financial support rolesStrong comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and structured data in complex environmentsHigh attention to detail combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityAnalytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendationsStrong communication skills, including written materials and stakeholder-facing interactionsAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data validationAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities,
