Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with contractual documents, drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, submittals, and project standards.Supervise and monitor the quality of mechanical and electrical installations throughout all phases of project execution.Review and validate technical documentation prior to client submission, ensuring consistency and alignment with project requirements.Identify deviations, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement, and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, and established quality standards.Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and applicable international standards.Participate in technical meetings with internal teams, contractors, and clients to address quality-related matters.Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and project quality tracking documentation.WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE?
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,



or a related field (required).
Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to participate in technical discussions and meetings with international clients (required).
At least 1 year of experience in building construction projects, preferably large-scale developments.Knowledge of QA/QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) processes and procedures.Ability to review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, detailed design packages, and engineering documentation.Knowledge of applicable regulations, quality standards, and best practices within the construction industry.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational and follow-up capabilitiesWHAT DO WE OFFER?
