We are looking for a Lead SDET to build regression automation and guide the testing strategy across the full product release cycle.The mandatory requirements are 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, TypeScript, Gherkin, AI/ML and data science model testing, and an upper-intermediate English level.What you will doFramework Design: Build and maintain scalable, robust automation frameworks from the ground up for both Web and API layers.Strategy & Leadership: Define the automation strategy, ensuring high test coverage and reliable release cycles within your squads.Backend Validation: Create comprehensive API automation suites to ensure the integrity of microservices.Frontend Validation: Implement and manage frontend automation scripts to ensure a top-tier user experience.Coaching: Mentor other engineers on testing best practices and foster a "quality-first" culture.Must haves4+ years of experience as an SDET Engineer.Strong programming skills in Java (a "developer-first" approach to QA).




Extensive experience using REST Assured for backend testing.Proven hands-on experience with Playwright.Deep understanding of the "shift-left" approach and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.Ability to work independently and provide technical direction on quality initiatives.Nice to havesPrevious experience in the Loyalty or Fintech sectors.Experience with performance or load testing (e.g., JMeter or Gatling).
