Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to conduct comprehensive intake interviews in both English and Spanish for potential employment law and personal injury clients.
In this remote position, you will screen and qualify high-volume inbound leads, gather case information, and accurately document details in our case management system.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will explain legal processes to prospective clients and schedule follow-up appointments with our in-house legal group.
This role requires strong communication skills, legal knowledge or education, and the ability to work independently during assigned PST shifts.
This includes reporting to the intake coordinator and collaborating with the in-house legal team,
