The candidate will handle monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and assist with month-end closing.Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least 1 year of AppFolio or Yardi experience, plus real estate accounting knowledge and strong English/Spanish communication skills.
