We're looking for a highly organized and proactive project manager to help drive execution across the Digital Talent & Transformation Office (DiTTO) portfolio.
As a Project Manager, you'll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic workforce transformation initiatives, ensuring projects remain aligned, on track, and positioned to achieve intended outcomes.Reporting to the Portfolio & Process Lead, you'll partner with leaders across Workforce Strategy & Design, Talent Evolution, Analytics, Skills Intelligence & Operations, Enterprise Technology, and Talent stakeholders to manage project plans, facilitate governance processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain visibility into key priorities, risks, and dependencies.This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and excels at turning strategy into execution.What You'll DoDrive Strategic ExecutionSupport the planning and execution of strategic DiTTO priorities, ensuring activities are completed on time and aligned to established objectivesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreamsMonitor progress against commitments and proactively identify and address risks, issues, and dependenciesCoordinate governance processes, including status reporting, steering committee preparation, decision tracking, and action item managementMaintain portfolio-level visibility into project health, milestones, resource needs, and key outcomesSupport leadership presentations, project reviews, and program reporting activitiesCoordinate Stakeholders and TeamsFacilitate collaboration across business, Talent, technology, and transformation teamsSchedule and lead working sessions, project meetings, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and execution where neededEnsure clear communication of priorities, decisions, timelines,
