Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end general HR processes across the organization. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to design, implement, govern, and continuously improve HR processes with a focus on scalability and compliance. This role is remote and LATAM-oriented. The position reports to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence and is part of the HR Shared Services / HR Policy & Process Excellence team.
