Atomic HR seeks a hands-on marketing generalist to build and run outbound campaigns for a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX. You’ll own AI-powered automation, connect systems using Claude Code, and scale outreach to retailers and partners. Focus areas include search, email, retention, referrals, and field support, with no paid advertising and UK-only restrictions. You’ll work directly with the two founders, enjoy ownership over growth, and shape the company’s AI setup.
