Hoop Stars is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce growth and profitability. You will split time between running Hoop Stars and shaping the parent company Community Sports Partners' marketing across brands, with remote work from LATAM and Toronto-hours alignment. You will own budgets, forecast revenue, optimize paid acquisition, conversion, retention and customer experience while building a capable team and implementing disciplined marketing investments and reporting.
