You will own the marketing growth strategy across Hoop Stars and the parent company’s brands, overseeing paid acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue growth while building a capable remote team. You will balance running Hoop Stars with shaping the parent marketing function, managing budgets, reporting, and high-impact experiments.
