The agency is part of a group with the consultancy Comunicaciones Sudamericanas and the production company Estudio Atómica.

Role Description

This full-time remote Crypto Project Manager role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing blockchain and cryptocurrency-related initiatives from inception through delivery.

The Crypto Project

Manager oversees project timelines, scope, and resources, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed proactively. Daily activities include aligning cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting status to stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating with external partners, managing logistical aspects of project implementation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.

Manager will continuously optimize workflows and support process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating crypto and blockchain initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of project tasks and dependencies.
- Inspection skills to review project outputs, verify quality, and ensure adherence to requirements and specifications.
- Logistics Management capabilities to organize resources, manage vendors or partners, and support remote, distributed teams.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and related ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
- Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prior experience in crypto, fintech, or technology project delivery is highly beneficial.

Base salary: USD $130,000 – USD $170,000
