Technical Project Manager (Remote, Latin America, full-time contract)
We’re hiring our first Technical Project Manager. We’re looking for someone who has led CRM, automation or software builds and can tell when an estimate is fiction. You’d run delivery at a small US firm where good work gets seen and used.
You’ll run day-to-day delivery on our client builds and AI engagements, under our Operations Director. That means the sprint, the client updates and the standard the work is held to.
Who we are
Revflow designs and installs operating systems for growth-stage companies. That means revenue systems (how opportunities enter and close) and operations systems (how work moves from intake through delivery to payment). Our clients are founder-led companies where too much still runs through one person. We design the system first, choose the tools that serve it, then put AI and automation to work inside it. We build with the client’s team, not for it, so the system keeps running after we step back. Our method is Diagnose, Design, Deploy.
We’re based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and work remotely. Our Operations Director works from Latin America too.
What the work looks like
Recent work includes:
- A revenue and operations system build for an industrial coatings company
- An AI estimating workflow for the same company, plus AI training for its team
- A solar detection web app for an energy company
- An executive coaching dashboard for a leadership coaching firm
Day to day, that means CRM and pipeline setup, intake-to-delivery workflows, automations, integrations between systems, dashboards, and AI tools the client’s team actually uses. You’ll usually run several builds at once, across different industries.
What you’ll own
- The sprint. Planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives, at the cadence each build needs.
- The client updates. Run the day-to-day meetings on your builds, set expectations, and give the hard update early rather than the comfortable one late.
- The build itself. Build and test smaller pieces yourself. Lead our developers and subcontractors on the bigger ones, and hold everyone,
the client included, to what they committed to.
- Scope. Spot a change, write it up, and bring it to the Operations Director so it’s scoped and priced before anyone starts on it.
- Blockers. Find what’s slowing the work and clear it. Escalate early when a call is above your line.
- Visibility and records. Keep progress, risk and delivery health readable in two minutes. Keep decision logs and documentation, because if a decision isn’t written down, it didn’t happen.
- Adoption. Track whether the client’s team actually uses what we built. Adoption is the metric, not speed.
- How we deliver. Find the waste in our own delivery process and take it out. You’ll help write our delivery playbook, then run it.
You’re likely a fit if
- You’ve led technical projects: CRM, automation, integration or software builds. You understood the work well enough to plan it, test it and unblock it, and you’re comfortable working hands-on in CRM and automation platforms. HighLevel experience is a plus.
- You’re detail-driven and you follow through. Nothing falls through the cracks on your projects.
- You’ve owned projects from start to finish (scope, timeline, risk and stakeholders), not only tracked them.
- You’ve run real sprints, and you know when to hold the ceremony and when to bend it.
- You’ve worked directly with clients, and you can deliver bad news well.
- Your written and spoken English is excellent, at a professional, client-facing level.
- You believe process is a form of care, not bureaucracy.
It’s a bonus if
- You’ve applied Lean Six Sigma or another structured improvement method to real work. We care more about the process you fixed than the belt you hold.
- You’ve worked in or with manufacturing, construction and trades,
building products, or professional services.
- You’ve built a delivery process from nothing and gotten a team to adopt it.
- You know EOS or a similar operating framework from the inside.
- You already use AI in your own work, tied to real outcomes rather than novelty.
What you get
- A direct, long-term, full-time contract with Revflow, paid in USD.
- Hands-on technical work across different industries, with AI and automation built into what we deliver.
- Direct work with US founders and their teams, not a ticket queue.
- The first project management seat at a growing firm. You’ll shape how delivery runs here instead of inheriting someone else’s rules.
- A small team where your work is visible. You’ll report to our Operations Director and work alongside our Founder and CEO.
This probably isn’t for you if
- You manage projects from a dashboard and prefer to stay out of the build.
- You need an established playbook on day one. You’ll help write it.
- You want one account and a predictable rhythm.
- You want to be measured on velocity. We measure whether the client’s business runs better.
Your first 90 days
- Days 1 to 30: Learn the method and the accounts. Sit inside active builds, meet every client, and read every project record we have. Then tell us where the records are thin.
- Days 31 to 60: Take day-to-day ownership of a live build. Run the sprint and the client updates, and escalate early while you’re calibrating.
- Days 61 to 90: Tell us where our delivery process leaks, what you’d standardize and what you’d measure. Then start installing it.
By day 90, the Operations Director should no longer be the single point of coordination on every build.
How to apply
- With your application, send two or three paragraphs in English about one build you led: what it was, what went wrong, and what you did about it. It tells us more than a résumé does.
- Pay is in USD, and we talk about it openly on the first call. We’d rather find out in twenty minutes whether we’re in the same range than spend three weeks discovering we’re not.
