This is an excellent opportunity to work with U.S. business clients, collaborate with experienced accounting professionals, and develop your knowledge of U.S. tax processes through hands-on training and guidance.What You'll Do- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple U.S.-based clients.- Record and categorize transactions using QuickBooks Online.- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.- Review transactions and identify discrepancies or missing information.- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end activities.- Prepare basic financial reports,



including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.- Support the team with administrative tasks related to accounting operations.- Assist with organizing tax documents and basic tax-related data entry under the guidance of the firm's team.What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.- Based in Peru.- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal (everyday communication with the team and clients will be in English)- At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.- Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.- Strong understanding of accounting principles and account reconciliations.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.- Willingness to learn U.S. tax processes and assist with administrative and tax-related tasks as needed.Nice to have: Experience with U.S. clients or a CPA firm, familiarity with U.S. tax forms such as W-2s and 1099s, or QuickBooks Online certification.What We Offer- USD $1000 - $1200 Monthly compensation depending on experience- Paid time off (PTO)- Performance-based bonuses- Long-term professional growth opportunities.- Exposure to multiple U.S. businesses and industries.- Hands-on learning opportunities in U.S. accounting and tax practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
