You will own community engagement, employee advocacy, and social listening, translating insights into content improvements and actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with Marketing, Employer Branding, PR, Content, and Design to deliver brand-consistent content, monitor sentiment, and report on KPIs. Hybrid work model.
