We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader to join our small but growing real estate investment company. This is a senior-level, fully remote role combining asset management, team oversight, transaction coordination, and executive-level support. ✅ What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage remote teams, VAs, and third-party vendors (insurance, maintenance, repairs, vendors, brokers, attorneys)
• Oversee performance of a diverse real estate portfolio (residential/multifamily/commercial)
• Manage transactions from contract to close (due diligence, timelines, communication, preparing and reviewing property-related documents)
• Provide high-level executive support, reporting, and system oversight
• Help build and manage lead pipelines and sourcing strategies ?

Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in U.
S. real estate (leadership roles required)




• Proven team management & process implementation experience
• Experience with CRMs, transaction software, and remote collaboration tools with strong skills in IT, including property management software, AI, MS Office, and Google Suite
• Strong research and critical thinking skills are a MUST
• Bonus: Experience with UK or Australian real estate
• Highly organized, resourceful, and tech-savvy
• High numerical literacy
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative
