APPLY HERE: https://forms.gle/DXeSCAwu6j6pceew5 About Revenue LabsRevenue Labs is a marketing company that builds ad and email systems for streetwear, apparel, artist merch and food brands doing $20K to $500K a month. We run Meta paid media, Klaviyo email and SMS, in-house static ad creative, and merch manufacturing and sourcing. We work with dozens of culture-driven brands, including ones whose pieces have been worn by major artists and athletes. The founder is on every account. We're selective about who we take on, and we're just as selective about who we hire. We're looking for someone who doesn't just run ads. We want someone who knows the numbers behind a brand, can tell when an account is actually making money, and knows how to grow it without burning cash. The roleYou own paid performance across every client account. That means strategy, account structure, testing plans, budgets, tracking and reporting. You're part strategist, part analyst, part operator. You'll work directly with the founder, our media buyer, our designers and our email team. You decide what gets tested and why, the media buyer helps execute day to day, the designers bring the creative, and you make sure it all adds up to profit. Your work gets judged by one thing: is the brand making more money than before we started. Most of our brands are streetwear and artist merch, built around drops and launches, so you need to know how that kind of demand works. But you'll also run accounts for apparel, food and other DTC brands, so you need range.
What you'll do
• Own the Meta strategy for each client: account structure, budgets, bidding, and when to scale or pull back.
• Know each brand's margins and break-even point, and run every account to profit, not just to a platform number.
• Build weekly testing plans with the designers and media buyer: which angles, hooks, offers and formats to test, and in what order.
• Turn performance data into creative direction. If an angle wins,
you know how to push it. If something flops, you know why.
• Plan paid around drops and launches: pre-launch audience building, drop day, restocks, sold-out and last call.
• Audit and maintain tracking on every account: pixel, Conversions API, Shopify events and attribution settings.
• Look at the full picture, not just Ads Manager. Blended revenue, new vs returning customers, and how paid and email work together.
• Work with our email team so ads, pop-ups and Klaviyo flows support each other from first click to repeat purchase.
• Onboard new clients with a full account audit and a 30/60/90 day plan.
• Send clear weekly and monthly reports that explain what happened, why, and what we're doing next.
• Keep up with Meta changes and bring new ideas to the team before anyone asks. Who you are
• 3+ years personally running Meta ads for DTC ecommerce brands, with results you can show (spend, revenue, CPA, MER, whatever you can share).
• You've managed at least $20K a month in spend on a single account, and multiple accounts at once.
• You think in profit. You know contribution margin, break-even, MER and customer lifetime value, and you can do the math without a calculator app doing it for you.
• You know Ads Manager inside out: campaign structure, Advantage+, CBO vs ABO, audiences, placements, bidding and attribution windows.
• You can set up and troubleshoot pixel, Conversions API and Shopify tracking without needing a developer.
• You understand creative strategy. You can tell a designer exactly what to make next and why,
based on data.
• You know streetwear and drop culture, or you learn a brand's world fast. You can tell what feels authentic and what feels like a brand trying too hard.
• You stay calm when numbers dip. You diagnose before you react, and you can explain it to a client without getting defensive.
• You're organized and run multiple accounts without letting anything slip.
• You communicate clearly and work well remote, across time zones. Big plus if you also
• Know Klaviyo: flows, segments, list growth and how email lifts paid performance.
• Have run TikTok, Google or Pinterest ads for DTC brands.
• Use Triple Whale, Northbeam, Motion or similar tools for attribution and creative analysis.
• Write ad copy and creative briefs. Headlines, hooks and primary text that sound like the brand's customers, not a marketer.
• Write UGC and creator scripts and briefs that a creator can shoot without a call.
• Can review a Shopify site and point out what's hurting conversion: product pages, offers, checkout, speed.
• Speak Spanish. We work with Latino-owned and Mexico-based brands, and bilingual campaigns matter.
• Use AI tools to work faster on reporting, analysis and testing without losing judgment.
• Have led or trained a media buyer or junior marketer.
• Have run your own brand or worked in-house at a streetwear or apparel brand. This probably isn't for you if
• Your experience is mostly boosted posts, lead gen or local service ads, not ecommerce.
• You judge an account only by what Ads Manager says and never check if the brand is actually making money.
• Your answer to every drop in performance is "we need new creative."
• You want to run ads but not talk to clients or explain your decisions.
• Streetwear and drop culture don't interest you. APPLY HERE: https://forms.gle/DXeSCAwu6j6pceew5
