We’re hiring a Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) to research audiences, craft outreach messages, and promote roles to the right candidates. No recruiting experience needed; you’ll be mentored and equipped with AI tools to scale your work. You’ll work part-time (20–30 hours weekly), in a fully remote setup across Latin America, with weekly USD contractor pay and room to grow as you learn the talent
