Role Description The Growth Lead is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving customer acquisition, expanding market reach, and generating revenue for Blacktail Corrals. This is a hands-on position that combines growth strategy, business development, sales, and marketing execution. The individual will identify new opportunities to reach potential customers, develop partnerships, execute outreach campaigns, explore new acquisition channels, and implement strategies that generate measurable business results. The role will have significant ownership and autonomy, with the opportunity to experiment with different approaches and build repeatable customer acquisition systems. AI tools and automation will play an important role in researching markets, identifying opportunities, streamlining workflows, and executing growth initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new customer acquisition opportunities across the United States, developing and executing targeted email outreach and cold-calling campaigns, establishing relationships with horse trainers, ranch operators,



barn builders, agricultural suppliers, dealers, and other potential partners, researching new geographic markets and customer segments, developing referral and partnership programs, exploring organic marketing opportunities across social media, online communities, and digital marketplaces, leveraging AI tools and automation to improve prospecting and outreach efficiency, identifying opportunities to improve lead conversion and customer retention, and managing growth initiatives from initial research through execution and performance analysis. Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
