a1qa is a software testing company of about 1,000 people, part of a group that also delivers software development. We're rebuilding lead generation from scratch — not as a large department, but as a small team of strong individual contributors who let AI do the routine. This is a hands‑on role. You own the path from the first touch to a sales‑qualified lead; our sales team takes it from there. Your result is measured in SQLs and the estimated revenue in the deals they create.
What you'll do
Run outbound on LinkedIn and email — and calls, where they work — into our priority markets: the US, Spain, Mexico and ArgentinaBuild and qualify prospect lists against the ICP and industries we setLaunch and automate sequences with the stack we provide: HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach and ClaudeKeep long‑cycle accounts warm — our deals take anywhere from two months to a yearReport in numbers every week: contacts by stage, connection and reply rates, meetings, SQLsWork with marketing on materials, with pre‑sales and delivery on expertise,
