You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, answering questions, setting up escrow accounts, and ensuring every request is handled accurately and on time. Many clients prefer Mandarin, so you will often clarify complex processes in their language. This role blends client support, precise administration, and teamwork in a fully remote environment.
