Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of integral HR processes, including standard work, documentation, implementation, adoption, and governance across regions, reporting to the Director, Process & Policy Excellence.
You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design, govern, and continuously improve processes that deliver high-quality talent outcomes, with LATAM focus and remote work.
