Tether is seeking an AI Research Engineer (Agentic Posttraining) to drive post-training methodologies for agentic AI with tool usage and real-world reasoning across edge devices. You will refine pre-trained models to reason, plan, and autonomously invoke tools, enabling secure, multi-step tasks.
The role spans building resource-efficient agents, multi-modal architectures, and robust tool integration, with an emphasis on SOTA capabilities. General remote work is supported.
