Pearster is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to design data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other channels. You will build automated workflows, segment audiences, and optimize journeys to acquire, activate, retain, and reactivate customers.
You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams, run A/B tests, analyze metrics like open rates, CTR, conversions, and CLV, and ensure compliance with data privacy. This is a remote LATAM role with USD compensation.
