HoopStars, a Toronto-based youth basketball business, seeks a hands-on General Manager for Marketing and Ecommerce Growth to lead growth across HoopStars and its parent brand portfolio. The role combines running HoopStars with building the parent company’s marketing team, driving profitable growth and strong customer experiences.
You’ll own the business plan, budgets, revenue and cash forecasts, while optimizing paid acquisition, conversion, retention and pricing.
