We're looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead our Learning & Development strategy, manage a team of Trainers and QA Specialists, and drive employee growth across the organization.

What you'll need:

- 5+ years of experience in Training or Learning & Development
- 2+ years leading training teams
- Experience in Sales, BPO, Contact Center, or Shared Services environments
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE or similar)
- Experience with LMS platforms and training programs
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced English

What you'll do:

- Build and execute the annual Learning & Development plan
- Design onboarding, soft skills, communication, and leadership programs
- Lead and develop a team of Trainers and QA Specialists
- Partner with clients and internal teams to identify training needs
- Manage training KPIs and compliance initiatives
- Support operational growth and new program launches
